Lewis Sharman
Lewis Sharman is an expert in building decarbonisation, specialising in the intersection of systems thinking, digital technology, and high-quality retrofit delivery. Lewis’ work focuses on scaling UK retrofit through digitisation and lean construction.
As the Founder of Zurva, Lewis is currently spearheading the development of an innovative augmented reality surveying tool designed to halve survey times and significantly reduce costs for the retrofit industry. His previous tenure as Head of Buildings and Retrofit at Pure Leapfrog saw him lead the high-profile, Innovate UK-funded ‘Let Zero’ project, establishing a replicable service model for energy efficiency retrofit in the private rented sector.
Lewis holds an MSc in BIM and Digital Built Environments and is a qualified Retrofit Assessor and Domestic Energy Assessor. He also co-leads Harrison Heritage Retrofit, providing specialised retrofit advice for historic homes.
