Naomi Diamond is a Head of Practice at social consultancy Collaborate CIC. She has 30 years experience of social and environmental partnership and participatory work in civil society and local government, including 7 years leading environmental sustainable change work in a County Council and supporting local food systems change. She is a facilitator, trainer and empowerment specialist, and has worked in national, regional and local organisations supporting community-led change. Naomi has led and contributed to place-based, systems change, learning and leadership programmes since joining Collaborate in 2021. She led Collaborate's work for the MCS Foundation’s Local Area Retrofit Accelerator pilot and our work as engagement partner for Cambridgeshire Council’s Innovate-UK-funded Net Zero Living Programme. At Collaborate she has supported place-based collaboration and systems change in Merton, Cornwall, Thurrock, Essex, Camden, North Wales and Norwich.
