Patrick Osborne is a Chartered Architect, Certified Passivhaus Designer, and PAS2035 Retrofit Coordinator based on the south coast of England. He works with homeowners, developers, and fellow architects on high-performance residential projects - Passivhaus newbuild, deep retrofit, and fabric-first design.
His professional background includes senior sustainability roles at AJ100 practices, Passivhaus consultancy at AES Sustainability, and wide experience delivering Passivhaus and EnerPHit projects across a broad range of scales - from one-off dwellings to HRBs. Within the profession, Patrick chairs the RIBA South East Sustainability Special Interest Group, sits on the RIBA Professional Standards Committee, and is joint coordinator for the ACAN Professional Standards Group.
