Public, private and academic sector experience over 29 years specialising in multi-sector investment and delivery of decarbonisation projects and programmes. Leading data driven thematic strategic and operational transformational plans and blueprints at sub-regional and national levels. Securing multi-million £ national and European funding for a variety of green and clean tech, circular economy and supply chain development projects including multi-sector investment propositions for county areas. Including energy infrastructure, retrofit schemes and social housing delivery, local business growth, practical decarbonisation measures in domestic, commercial and third sectors, and community led interventions leading to demonstrable energy and carbon saving with social value. With a research, analysis, evaluation and value proposition skill set focussed on energy, the built environment and supply chains co-creating commercially viable concepts to support delivery through a robust and systematic engagement and participation method with investors and stakeholders. Paul worked for Anglia Ruskin University as Industrial Innovation Lead prior to joining Local Partnerships where is secured multi-sector funding for multi-county projects. He has worked in several local authorities, an RDA, a LEP, a Combined Authority and Government Department as well as his own business for 7 years. Paul connects different organisations and connects different sectors.
