Paul is Director of Healthy Homes Hub, a groundbreaking social purpose company, leading the way in creating healthier living environments within housing through collaborations, innovation and social impact.

Paul is one of the country most progressive and experienced asset directors, never afraid to drive innovation first and be a visible leader. With over 30 years’ experience in asset management, change and procurement in both the public and private sector, his last role being director of asset strategy for Clarion Housing, the UK's largest social landlord.

Paul has extensive experience of asset management, developing innovative financial modelling & planning, asset and sustainability strategies, change management, large scale disposals and acquisitions and leading large scale commercial / procurement programmes.

Paul has supported senior exec leaders and boards through complex legal and regulatory change programmes, in addition to deep understanding and experience of the legal and regulatory framework the social housing sector operates.
