Paul is the Director of Asset Strategy for Clarion Housing Group, the country’s largest social landlord with c125,000 homes under management across England. Paul is one of the country most progressive and experienced asset directors, with over 30 years’ experience in asset management / property service in both the public and private sector.

With extensive experience of asset data modelling, financial planning, developing and embedding sustainability strategies, creation of innovative financial models, large scale disposals and acquisitions and leading large scale commercial / procurement programmes

Paul was the leader for the development of Clarion long term asset strategy, Clarion 2050, that brings together for whole property life-cycle and taking an holistic approach to both asset management and property service that position Clarion to navigate both short term policy and priority changes, maximising grant funding opportunities that complement existing plans and aligning to potential innovative finance solutions to create financial capacity to invest more in Clarion existing housing portfolio.
