Pavlos Konstantinidis (MEng) has been the Technical Manager at CIBSE Certification since October 2012, a Certification Body certifying Energy Assessors under the EPB Regulation, (EPCs, DECs and ACIs), the NABERS UK scheme and the ESOS Regulations. In addition, CIBSE Certification provides verification for Embodied Carbon calculations under the CIBSE TM65 methodology and tools. CIBSE Certification also certifies companies for their ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 50001 Energy Management System. Pavlos is also an approved Lead Auditor for ISO 50001 and 14001 and certification decision maker for CIBSE Certification for their personnel, Embodied Carbon Verification and Management Systems schemes. Before his time at CIBSE Certification, Pavlos was an Energy Assessor for EPCs, DECs and ACIs, managed a portfolio of several different clients in various industries and delivered EPB Regulations compliance reports. He has a MEng in Environmental Engineering and several other industry recognised qualifications. His interests include energy performance modelling for buildings, Embodied Carbon in buildings, low energy design of buildings and operational assessment and evaluation of buildings in use. Pavlos represents CIBSE Certification in committees which engage with MHCLG and DESNZ on development of assessment methods for buildings.
