Peter is Head of Urban Futures at ECDC, joining in July 2022. He is responsible for ensuring the long-term resilience of the Earls Court masterplan and infrastructure design. His role centres around improving the integration of good design, purposeful technology and sustainability into the ECDC masterplan and buildings, from concept to operation.
Peter is a qualified architect by background, switching to property developer to have a greater positive impact in the urban environment. He has an extensive track record in innovative regeneration and development projects both in London and around the world. This includes over a decade on the large-scale regeneration of King’s Cross with Argent, and at Brent Cross Town. Previously, he delivered New Street Square in London for Landsec, and the Al Bahar Towers in Abu Dhabi, which won the 2012 Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats’ Innovation Award.

Peter was a founding member of the Movement for Innovation, tasked with delivering the Rethinking Construction report to improve and reshape the construction industry. Currently he sits on the BCO Technical Committee and is a member of both the Historic England Historic Places Panel and Sinfonia Smith Square Restoration Committee.
