Rahul Sathyan is the Managing Director of Smart Energi Hub Ltd and Chamber X Investment, with experience spanning retrofit, renewable energy, and strategic project delivery. Previously Head of Retrofit at Eco Approach Ltd, he led large-scale housing decarbonisation and energy efficiency programmes across the UK, overseeing projects involving up to 2,000 properties in partnership with major housing associations.

His expertise includes PAS 2035 compliance, funding strategy, technical oversight, and delivery under major schemes such as ECO4, SHDF, GBIS, and LADS. Rahul has worked across a wide range of measures, including solar PV, Solshare technology, insulation, ventilation, high heat retention systems, and renewable heating solutions.

Alongside his retrofit background, Rahul is also involved in commercial solar and investment-led renewable projects, including opportunities for schools, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and solar farms. Through Chamber X Investment, a Dubai-based company, he is focused on renewable projects, commodities, and other high-value return opportunities.
