Sandra Sezgin
Sandra is responsible for setting sustainability strategies and driving performance across the British Land development pipeline ranging from large new build schemes to small retrofits through the implementation of their Sustainability Brief.
British Land's sustainability strategy is structured around three pillars: Greener Spaces, Thriving Places and Responsible Choices - delivering resilient places through embodied carbon reduction, energy efficiency, embedding nature strategies and circular economy principles whilst creating long-lasting positive social impact.
Recently, Sandra led on the development of British Land’s guide to the circular economy, “Full Circle, Full Potential”, which sets out practical processes for project teams to achieve higher retention, recovery and reuse of materials as well as a standardised approach to implementing materials passports.
