Programme Director - Net Zero Domestic – Home Upgrade / Local Authority Delivery (HULA) , DESNZ

Shaun is the Programme Director of the Warm Homes Local Grant Scheme and previously the HULA Schemes. He has worked for DESNZ since 2021. These schemes aim to transform the homes of low-income and fuel poverty households through working with Local Authorities to deliver energy efficiency and clean heating upgrades to alleviate fuel poverty.
