Stéphanie Ah Tchou
Stéphanie Ah Tchou focuses on developing collaborative cultures that enable complex housing and retrofit programmes to succeed. Her work centres on the human and organisational dimensions of delivery, particularly the less visible factors such as trust, values, perceptions and shared intent, and supporting teams to surface and work with what is usually left implicit, which often determines whether projects perform well or fall short.
With a background spanning sustainable development and EU-funded projects, Stéphanie brings a systems perspective to collaboration across projects and partnerships. Before specialising in culture change, she managed major European projects for Energiesprong UK and the Energiesprong Foundation, including Mustbe0, a four-year, €40m net zero retrofit project delivered across four European countries.
Stéphanie combines analytical rigour with facilitation and change practice, supporting teams to move beyond transactional working towards more resilient, outcome-led ways of collaborating. Her work focuses on helping teams work together more effectively under real delivery pressures, particularly in housing and retrofit.
