Steph Dylak
Steph Dylak is Programme Manager for Greater Manchester's devolved Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund programme at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA). In addition, Steph also manages GMCA's 17 partner consortium for the SHDF 2.1 programme, and the ECO4 Flex programme for the 10 Local Authority areas of the region. In her role she leads on the management and administration of the retrofit programmes, aiming to make delivery with partners as smooth as possible to maximise the number of households able to access grant funding and improve their homes, their health, and their quality of life. Steph has extensive experience working in the social housing sector, having spent nearly a decade in the new build development team of a large local registered provider before moving into local government with a role at Manchester City Council before joining GMCA. Steph has played a strong role in the design and development of Greater Manchester’s devolved domestic retrofit programmes, laying the foundations for scheme delivery, and ensured the continuous strong delivery of the existing national programmes.
