Steve Sze specialises in sustainable finance for UK housing organisations. He structures and delivers sustainability‑linked and green financing that supports retrofit programmes, low‑carbon development and long‑term, place‑based outcomes. He has delivered £2bn+ of sustainable finance, co‑developing financing frameworks, shaping KPI selection and assurance, and navigating approvals to align transactions with relevant market principles. Prior to banking, Steve trained as an Architect and qualified as a Surveryor working for JLL and Savills. At Futurebuild he will share a lender’s perspective on making regenerative places principles bankable and scalable in practice.
