Tara is an experienced sustainability consultant and chartered engineer with a background spanning retrofit delivery, spatial infrastructure planning, and sector innovation. She brings strong systems‑thinking capability, combining technical analysis with an understanding of planning and delivery contexts. Tara has led and coordinated multi‑stakeholder, place‑based projects focused on translating complex technical evidence into actionable planning and insights. She is an active contributor to National Retrofit Hub.
