Thomas is an Associate at Elliott Wood, who is a chartered structural engineer and sits within the companies Sustainability Team. He leads their Pre-Deconstruction Auditing services and has extensive experience in LCA's and refurbishment projects. He is a founding member of the Engineers Reuse Collective and sits on the steering group.
