Tim is an Associate Director in Turner and Townsend’s UK Net Zero Programmes team, with fifteen years’ experience delivering renewable energy and Net Zero schemes. Tim has a background developing and delivering commercial and building scale renewable energy projects, low carbon solutions for organisations and estates, deploying and operating district heat networks, and a range of Net Zero initiatives. Tim has a detailed knowledge of climate issues and the options for tackling the Net Zero transition through robust policies and market mechanisms, and through well-designed and ambitious capital programmes.
