Tina Paillet
Tina Paillet is a leading voice in the circular economy and the transformation of the built environment, with over 30 years of experience spanning global real estate strategy, sustainability and innovation. Her career includes developing and managing one of the world’s largest real estate asset managers (€32bn AuM), where she oversaw major development programmes, global asset management and pioneering sustainable investment initiatives. These include Europe’s first Green Bonds and decarbonisation strategies aligned with Net Zero Asset Owner Alliance commitments.
Tina is Co‑Founder of the Circular Do Tank, an interdisciplinary collective accelerating the adoption of circularity and reuse across the built environment. She is also the Founder and CEO of Circotrade, a platform innovating futures trading for reclaimed construction materials and demonstrating new market mechanisms for scaling reuse.
She serves as a Trustee of World Habitat, supporting innovative housing solutions worldwide, and is an active European Ambassador for the World Green Building Council’s #BuildingLife campaign, championing whole‑life carbon approaches and systemic change across Europe.
Tina previously served as Global President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), representing more than 140,000 professionals in over 40 countries — a chapter whose influence continues to resonate across the built‑environment sector and inform the standards and priorities shaping the profession today.
