Will is a Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA) consultant specialising in the decarbonisation of the built environment. With a particular expertise in the embodied carbon of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Will is the co-author of CIBSE TM65.3 and TM65.4, pivotal documents that expanded the TM65 methodology for calculating the embodied carbon of building services equipment. His technical expertise also informed the development of the RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment for the Built Environment (2nd edition), helping to establish a consistent, global professional standard for carbon reporting.
