Zack is a building performance expert, championing real-world measurement techniques and developing science-based retrofit approaches for UK homes (“if you don’t measure it you can’t manage it”). He co-authored the British Standard on Building Performance Evaluation (BS40101:2022) and is a steering committee member for PAS 2035. He leads the Energiesprong UK team on performance measurement, technical design, and resident engagement and feedback.
