Zoe Watson is a climate advocate, architect and Trustee of UK Architects Declare, where she leads industry-wide action to shift the built environment towards regenerative practice. She co-authored Building Blocks, a manifesto launched in Parliament in 2024, and has spearheaded major campaigns including the Circular Revolution, convening over 400 organisations to accelerate systemic change.

Her work focuses on moving beyond net zero towards regenerative design, embedding circularity, material reuse and ecological restoration into policy and practice. She works across the sector to translate climate ambition into action, shaping guidance, tools and collective initiatives that support a just transition.

Alongside her advocacy work, Zoe is a Senior Consultant at Bioregional, advising local authorities on net zero policy, retrofit and climate action. Previously Head of Sustainability at Allies and Morrison, she has worked with leading developers, institutions and city-makers to embed sustainability at scale.
