Overview

For 2019, there will be a new dedicated Urban Infrastructure Hub which has been created to meet the demand of almost 6,000 visitors. The Hub will include all aspects of urban infrastructure looking at green, blue, grey and social infrastructure solutions.

The Urban Infrastructure Hub will explore all aspects of the city and surrounding city influences, apart from the buildings themselves, acknowledging that increasing percentages of the population will live in urban areas and so these must be places that work for people. There will be a dedicated seminar programme and a wide range of exhibitors presenting both nature based and manufactured products.

The Urban Infrastructure Hub at Futurebuild 2019

Well considered urban infrastructure is the key to achieving liveable resilient cities. Over 6,000 visitors to the 2018 event stated they attend specifically to learn about blue, green, grey and social infrastructure solutions so we’ve dedicated a space to all aspects of the city, apart from the buildings themselves.

Green-tech have been exhibiting at ecobuild since 2014. It is one of the largest events on our calendar and has proved invaluable to us which is why we keep returning. It is a platform that we use as an opportunity to launch new products, meet with customers old and new and generate high quality leads. The audience is perfect for us, with over 26,000 visitors and the number of Architects increasing each year; we find the show to be incredibly well organised and we have already signed up to return to Futurebuild in 2019.

We launched our new roofing system BauderBLUE at ecobuild 2018. We had a large crowd around the stand for the majority of the event, it was so busy and we had some great conversations. The visitors who register for ecobuild have a real purpose. We’re already looking forward to next year and are planning an even more interactive stand, where people can really touch and feel our products. It will also be a great opportunity to showcase our project work involving the products we’ve launched this year.
