Barcham Trees has specialised in the production of containerised trees for 35 years and has supplied two million instant impact trees to the UK urban environment. We have over 225,000 trees in production every year, at our nursery based in Cambridgeshire.
Barcham Trees is home to our patented ‘Light Pots’ which were a first for the industry, these containers allow for a root system geared for success and rapid establishment. We grow our trees to saleable size between 10-12cm girth to 25-30cm girth, in pot sizes ranging from 35 litres to 500 litres.
Our nursery holds over 500 varieties to give you best choice for your project or garden. We do not purchase from 3rd parties to supplement orders. We are passionate about our certifications and our biosecurity is paramount.
We are certified with both BSI Standards, ISO14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO45001 (OH&S Management). We are also certified to the Plant Healthy Management Standard for the third year running due to our commitment to strict biosecurity procedures and promotion of plant health.
All of our trees are awarded an Eco impact rating from A – E so you can make the right decision on your tree with greater clarity. Our grading system allows you to understand how your tree(s) would offset carbon emissions and the affect they would have on the environment.
