Distribution Resource manager required to manage a franchised / Company fleet of tipper vehicles with regards to utilisation, availability, and compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Health and Safety, EU Drivers hours and Working time regulations and all aspects of road transport law. Effective monitoring / auditing of the franchised fleet to regulate their compliance.
Candidates must have a current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) in road haulage, preferably an LGV Category C licence, you will have previous experience of managing a team within a transport/logistics role.
As part of the role there is extensive travel so candidates must be prepared to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
