James Douglas has been Head of Sustainability – Construction at Lendlease for the past six years. Responsible for the construction business’ sustainability performance, James is currently implementing plans for the business to reach Absolute Zero Carbon by 2040 and recently played a key role in Lendlease joining Responsible Steel, an international framework driving the transition to sustainable production for steelmaking. Prior to joining Lendlease James was Group Sustainability Manager of the McConnell Dowell Group across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
