Luke Engleback has over 35 years’ experience of environmental design, planning  and teaching in the UK and overseas.

An ongoing thread over the past two decades, has been research into Ecourbanism, climate change and biodiversity, food systems, and especially, design for health of people and planet.

Since 1999 Studio Engleback has pursued a whole systems approach to urbanism – Ecourbanism ,which is environment/landscape led, has always addressed Climate Change and Biodiversity, which includes water sensitive design, food and health.
