The development of two new community living projects in Cardiff that will house senior citizens is about to go under way

Cardiff Council plans to build 86 apartments in Butetown and Leckwith Road, with Hale Construction constructing 45 one and two-bed apartments. The scheme includes electric scooter charging, bicycle storage, activity rooms, and communal gardens. Ground source heat pumps and PV panels will reduce energy demand.
