United Utilities is seeking firms for a £6bn build-only utilities framework in the North West, part of a £14bn asset-management plan. The 10-year deal will award 17 contracts, with seven for non-infrastructure work and 10 for infrastructure-based work. Firms are invited to tender for the first and second lots.
