Hundreds of social housing tenants across Scotland will benefit from warmer, more energy-efficient homes after £2.6 million in funding was secured through the Scottish Government’s Social Housing Net Zero Heat Fund, supported by Changeworks. Working with Midlothian Council, Cairn Housing Association and Glen Housing Association, the projects will install heat pumps, insulation and solar panels, helping nearly 200 households cut costs and carbon emissions.
