Co-author of the report of the No Places Left Behind Commission

Previously a Policy Manager for Shelter and Senior Programme Manager for the New Economics Foundation, Rose also co-authored the recent report of the No Place Left Behind Commission with Toby Lloyd. She has managed and led successful campaigns to reduce borrowing rates for local authority housebuilding, reform English planning rules to incentivise the delivery of affordable homes, and build political, public and media support for reform of England’s broken land and housebuilding systems.
