Jen has led Sustainable Design on a number of large commercial schemes in Australia and the UK; her focus in on delivering operational energy performance to meet client sustainability targets.

Jen is a member of the NABERS UK Independent Design Review Panel and also contributes to a number of workstreams for LETI, leading the LETI Pioneers Steering Committee and as a contributor to LETI’s Climate Emergency Design Guide and Retrofit Guide.
