Lynsey has worked in the built environment sector for over a decade and is a passionate advocate for positive change within the industry. Her background in working for main contractors means she has an excellent understanding of industry priorities and the barriers faced. Lynsey is a firm believer in the importance of diversity within the industry and is a past Chair of the Women in Property Central Scotland branch. Lynsey holds an MBA and has led projects covering multiple areas including digital, culture change, business development, marketing, strategy development and communications.
