DEADLINES & FORMS CHECKLIST
Below is a list of important deadlines and forms that must be completed on time to ensure a smooth running of your event and to ensure you get the best possible rates on stand orders.
Failure to complete the below in time will result in late fee surcharges for stand orders and may affect you ability to build / show live demonstrations on your stand or during speaker sessions.
| 22.01.2025 | The Easyfairs web shop is now live. Please ensure to place any stand orders for stand fitting, electrics, graphics, AV, furniture or flooring by 22th January 2025, as orders after this date are subject to a 25% late surcharge and graphics / floor coverings may not be accepted.
