Please pay close attention to the show timetable below. Should you have any questions please contact futurebuildops@easyfairs.com
It is compulsory for all stands to remove all materials and waste, including carpet tape, from the hall by the designated times listed below. Any waste or exhibits left in the hall after this time will be disposed of at a cost to the exhibiting company.
Please note contractors and couriers may not collect from the hall after the designated breakdown times.
No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the hall during the build-up and breakdown period.
- All shell scheme stands exhibits and displays must be removed from the hall by 2000hrs on Thursday 6th of March.
- All space only stands must be completely clear of the hall including waste by 1200hrs on Friday 7th of March.
- You are not at liberty to dismantle your stand before 1630hrs on Thursday 6th of March and if you do so you will be asked to stop.
- Please remove personal effects or small and valuable items from your hired furniture and stand as soon as the exhibition closes to prevent any losses or damage during the breakdown period.
- Clearing of the stand by the official deadline is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor, including stand waste materials.
- The organisers reserve the right to charge waste and storage fees for exhibits/stand fittings, which have not been removed by the deadlines listed.
Please ensure that your contractors are aware of these times and plan accordingly to these working hours.

All products must be removed from the halls by 2100hrs on Thursday 6th March 2025. All stand fitting materials and stand waste, including carpet tape for space only stands, must be removed from the hall by 1200hrs on Friday 7th March 2025. Any waste or exhibits left in the hall after this time will be disposed of. The cost of this disposal will be charged to the exhibiting company.

- At 16:00hrs on Thursday 6th March, visitors will be asked to leave the premises. Only once all visitors have vacated the halls, an announcement will be made that dismantling can commence.
- You are not at liberty to dismantle your stand before 16:30hrs, and if you do so you will be asked to stop.
- Please remove personal effects or small and valuable items from your hired furniture and stand as soon as the Exhibition closes to prevent any losses or damage during the breakdown period.
- All exhibits and displays must be removed from shell scheme stands by 20:00hrs Thursday 6th March 2025, including any exhibitor waste i.e graphics you have installed yourself.
- Clearing of the standby the official deadline is solely the responsibility of the Exhibitor, including stand waste materials.
- The organisers reserve the right to charge waste and storage fees for exhibits/stand fittings, which have not been removed by the deadline and are furthermore entitled to have such exhibits/stand fittings removed and stored immediately by a suitable contractor at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor.
