The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person who wants to work in marketing communications and has a passion acting on fuel poverty, improving the health of the UK’s housing and taking action on climate change.
The person
We are looking for someone who brings experience, but are open to those seeking new challenges. You will have at least 3 years’ experience working in housing, energy efficiency, and/or sales and marketing.
This is a great opportunity to accelerate the marketing of our services, Portfolio and Pathways, to landlords and local authorities, and to contribute to our understanding and meeting of user requirements across the housing sector as it takes on the decarbonisation challenge.
As a minimum you will:
Manage customer leads and opportunities through our CRM.
Demonstrate the software and answer client queries about the product specification and uses.
Support bid-writing in response to ITTs and other opportunities.
Monitor opportunities across a range of channels.
Create social media content and graphics.
Create and update supporting material for sales, marketing and other business development purposes.
Website content creation using WordPress.
Event management for clients and staff.
Analyse market data to identify opportunities.
