About the Job

Qvantum Energy Technology is looking for a Technical Trainer – Heat Pumps for a full-time hybrid role, primarily located in Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Heat Pump Technical Trainer, your day-to-day tasks will include developing technical training content for Qvantum, working with cross-functional teams from Engineering, R&D, Business Development, and Marketing to create technical content and deliver technical training, providing technical expertise to sales staff and customers, and helping customers and partners diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Qvantum’s products.

Our ideal candidate:

HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration or related field.
Experience in technical training, in developing and delivering technical training programs, course materials, and managing learning management systems
Experience in Heat Pumps technology and system engineering
Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience creating technical documents such as user guides, installation guides, presentations, and other technical content
Experience with virtual training tools and platforms
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technical training and Heat Pumps technology
