Quidos is searching for a skilled 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 to join our growing team.
In this key role, you’ll help ensure our training programs and learner assessments maintain excellent standards.
👉 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
– Monitor and quality assure assessment processes
– Manage external quality assurance requirements
– Review portfolios to ensure assessor decisions are fair, valid, and sufficient
– Support assessors with guidelines/policy interpretation
– Provide constructive feedback to assessors
– Assist with appeals and disputes
– Chair regular meetings to ensure assessor standardization
👉𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱:
– Assessing qualification (e.g. IQA, CAVA)
– Previous training and assessment experience
– Energy Assessor/Retrofit Assessor background
– Great communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
