With LIGNOLOC®, BECK offers the first collated nail system made from the renewable raw material wood, which perfectly combines performance and sustainability and thus enables a whole new way of building. Ideal for all timber construction companies who want to build their projects circular and metal- and glue-free.
LIGNOLOC® is the first shootable wooden nail for future-oriented use in industrial production and ecological wood processing. The revolutionary wooden nails are made from European beech wood. Their mechanical properties allow the nails to be driven into solid structural timber and wooden materials with the FASCO® LIGNOLOC® pneumatic nailer, without predrilling, to form an inseparable bond with the timber.
The outstanding feature of LIGNOLOC® wooden nails: From production to recycling, they have remarkable eco-friendly properties. European beech wood is a renewable raw material with short transport routes. The wooden nails also convince with many more key benefits: They do not act as thermal bridges and avoid unsightly wood discoloration or traces of corrosion. The nails also cause less tool wear when processing nailed wooden components subsequently.
The wooden nail with head was developed specially for façade construction. It has a blunt anti-splitting point and is suitable for the most common softwood façades as well as various other applications, both indoors and outdoors, such as privacy screens, summer houses, garden pavilions, room dividers, etc.
