Hydrogen as an option for domestic heating

Chaired by Mark Taylor, BEIS, the session will involve a brief overview of review into the technical feasibility, safety and convenience of using hydrogen for domestic heating, a report on the fit-out experience and visitor reactions to the Hydrogen Home showhouse in Gateshead, and a manufacturer perspective from Baxi who have developed a hydrogen ready boiler, followed by a panel discussion on these and related topics. Through video footage, the Hydrogen Home in Gateshead and hydrogen appliances in action will be introduced if time allows.
