Looking at the Whole House Approach to Retrofit in Traditional Buildings: The STBA in partnership with Melin Homes and Rhondda Housing Association have undertaken a BEIS project based around the practical implementation of the WHA to Traditional Buildings. The project has un-earthed a range of topics that need addressing, as well as a series of new tools for Housing Associations and the likes to use when following the WHA and associated PAS2035 processes.
