Qualifications
Architectural Design, Retrofit Design, and Building Planning skills
Must have PAS 2030/2035 experience
Proficiency in CAD software prerably Revit
Experience in residential and commercial design projects
Knowledge of building regulations and sustainability practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A keen eye for detail and creativity
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Relevant degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
