We are looking to hire Service Backoffice to join our busy EU and US teams. You will be assisting with managerial as well as administrative duties. This includes managing the engineer’s daily activity, take care of training & equipment & spare parts, leverage automation and data extracting using BI capabilities, project processing, data analyses and more.

We are looking to hire Service Backoffice to join our busy EU and US teams. You will be assisting with managerial as well as administrative duties. This includes managing the engineer’s daily activity, take care of training & equipment & spare parts, leverage automation and data extracting using BI capabilities, project processing, data analyses and more.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for funneling calls, planning the work with the technicians and company’s clients, placement, managing and monitoring new installations, and repairing malfunctions for existing customers.
Responsible for allocating defined assignments to EU and US regions to subordinates while maintaining work quality, company’s procedures, and timetables.
Internal systems data analyses
Site visit coordination
Inter department synchronization.
CRM data input and maintenance
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering
High to native level English – a must!
2 + years Backoffice experience
Excellent organizational skills A versatile and service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
BI knowledge (experience with extracting data, building automation tools, interface with different systems etc)
Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Ability to work as part of a team.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Commanding or managing experience is an advantage
