Parity Projects mission is to provide a decarbonisation plan for every home. With 25% of the social housing sector and 20 million UK homes under analysis across tenures for local authorities and individual owner-occupiers, we are making good progress.
We use data science, software and analysis to help its clients deliver energy efficiency efficiently, and effectively. We work with local authorities and landlords of every size to develop cost-effective retrofit programmes that meet their cost, comfort and carbon goals. Our clients are able to work with address-level data, and use our highly flexible model to identify ways to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and deliver against Government policy and funding opportunities.
We also have a consumer-facing portal that can be used by delivery partners to qualify leads and to give customers an independent view of what measures may be appropriate for their home, and their costs and benefits.
