We offer BBA approved and PAS2035:2019 compliant External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems that conform to the latest revised building regulations and are designed to dramatically improve the thermal performance of the properties, reducing the cost of heating bills and providing a modern and fresh appearance.
Structherm are renowned for our unique ‘Structural External Wall Insulation’ (SEWI) system which is manufactured to ISO9001:2015 Quality Management standards at our dedicated factory in West Yorkshire.
The SEWI system is designed to provide a refurbishment solution for difficult to treat, non-traditional properties, including concrete, steel or timber frame buildings, or those deemed structurally defective and unsuitable for standard EWI system. By strengthening and stabilising the buildings, the life expectancy is extended beyond a minimum of 30 years design life.
The SEWI system is also used on High Rise buildings where the panels can span from floor to floor without the need to fix into the external walls. These can often be unsuitable to support a standard EWI system. The SEWI system offers a superior strength, re-enforced, A2 rated non-combustible solution.
We offer many innovative solutions to compliment and work in conjunction with our EWI/SEWI systems. These include our high-performance finishes including our unique BBA approved Artbrick brick effect render to provide real kerb appeal.
To top off the EWI / SEWI systems, we offer our unique Roofline System to provide a super high-strength, quality and attractive integrated eaves/verge extension gutter solution to prevent cold bridging and double sealed to prevent water ingress behind the EWI/SEWI systems which is designed to negate the need for expensive and intrusive roof modifications.
