The company was founded in 1955 by Wilhelm Wipplinger and is now managed in the 3rd generation by Robert and Alexander Wipplinger. Wippro employes a total of around 140 people at its headquarter and production facility in Upper Austria. Since the company was founded, products, production facilities and machines have been continuously developed and adopted to state of the art technology.
