As part of new and updated building regulations coming into force in the UK, such as the uplifted Regulation 40 Part L and Building Safety Act 2022, there has been a push by the Government towards data and information digitisation. During this session we will show how advances in tech means it is now easier than ever to capture, store and share data across all stages of the building lifecycle, that provides a crucial audit trail of information that evidences how assets are built, perform and can be maintained to ensure compliance. These requirements have accelerated the pace of change where technology is now front and centre of every business with a part to play in the built environment.
