Alice Monty, Head of Retrofit Technical Solutions, EQUANS
Alice has been working, contractor-side, in retrofit for the last 8 years, starting her career initially as project support and an energy assessor on ECO, FIT and RHI funding schemes. She has gone on to lead and develop EQUANS’ in-house technical team of multi-skilled building assessors and modellers. In 2020, Alice qualified as a Retrofit Coordinator and has since been working on several very challenging government-funded schemes and other energy-efficiency projects. She currently divides her time between Retrofit Coordination for EQUANS live schemes and the development and management of EQUANS’ in-house Retrofit Technical Solutions team in the south. Alice is passionate about improving the lives of residents, decarbonisation and reducing the skills gap in the industry.
