Currently, Ben is Mott MacDonald’s Global Practice Leader for DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly), where he is responsible for leading and growing a team of world-class practitioners and driving the strategy and services for this leading engineering, design and management organisation. Ben has been actively involved in shaping the future of the construction industry and recently played a key role in authoring and publishing the acclaimed “Product Platform Rulebook” featured in the Cabinet Office’s “Transforming Infrastructure Performance’s Roadmap to 2030”, aimed to support the Construction Playbook’s ambitious goal of using platform approaches to drive innovation and efficiency.
