Colin Davis, Director, Studio Partington
Colin has been a leader of Studio Partington since its formation in 1998 and is the strategic manager of business planning, procedures and systems, and quality assurance. Colin has completed many significant residential, commercial, and master planning projects. Colin was project lead for Putney Plaza, a large mixed- use and tenure scheme for a complex and constrained site, bound on all sides by railways and a main road (completed 2016). Colin is currently leading the Brickyard, a mixed-use scheme for Populo Living (£30m) providing 98 mixed- tenure residential units and three commercial units (under construction). He is also responsible for a significant refurbishment, estate-wide window replacement of listed Golden Lane Estate for City of London Corporation (pre- planning).
