As Head of Organisational Change for BRE, David Ede leads change through delivering science-led solutions to challenges in the built environment. David is an expert in transformation, change and programme management, with experience across the public and private sectors, delivering change which enables execution of business goals and strategies. Before joining BRE, he led the definition and delivery of a net zero programme across coal, gas and nuclear power stations in the UK.
