Henry Cleary OBE, Chair, Central Bedfordshire Infrastructure and Development Board
Henry Cleary joined the Department of the Environment in 1977 and worked on New Towns in the early 1980s, later the East Thames Corridor, Growth Areas, Growth Points and Eco-towns developing an interest in large scale new settlements and their infrastructure. He retired in 2011 and has advised local authorities on growth and development issues.
